PERSONNEL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Once we have defined the requirements of your workforce needs, ITC will issue you our standard Personnel Services Agreement (PSA) which outlines the terms and conditions of our business relationship. This agreement outlines the services we provide, the responsibilities of each party, the compensation structures, the term of the agreement, insurance requirements and other contractual information.

Using the established requirements of the job and pay structure, our national recruitment teams rely on their extensive networks as well as their industry knowledge to attract top-talent for your business. ITC vets and selects only viable candidates that we feel match your business needs.

ITC will ensure that a potential candidate’s past employment history is checked prior to submittal for consideration. Resumes are emailed for your for review, and if interested, personal/phone interviews are established. Once you have interviewed the candidate and feel that his/her skills are what you are looking for, we take care of the rest.
