Anca Hoiland has more than 18 years experience in project, program and portfolio management, business analysis, reporting, contract management, strategy development and execution.
Anca acts as an executive liaison and advisor, providing support to ITC’s CEO, senior management, project teams and clients, working strategically and collaboratively across divisions.
Anca is leading the Program Management Office (PMO), with responsibilities in risk management, change control, process improvement and project management methodologies.
