Seneca Mullins


Seneca is ITC’s President, and former Vice President, where for two years he led the Broadband Services portfolio and positioning strategy for many of ITC’s Fortune 500 telecom clients. He provides overall leadership and accountability for client operations in ITC’s Managed Services and Workforce Solutions divisions and is responsible for driving the company’s cultural and strategic growth initiatives. Seneca is a tenured executive within the AFL family of companies where, in addition to serving as ITC’s President, he continues to lead AFL’s Enterprise, OTS, and Beam Wireless divisions.

Seneca started his telecom career as a financial analyst, serving in roles of increasing P&L responsibility, now commanding a combined workforce of more than 800 professionals and technicians across the U.S.

Jim Rush

Strategic Advisor

Jim is ITC’s Strategic Advisor, and former President, where for two years he led the company’s overall strategy and operations after AFL’s major investment in ITC. He provides overall guidance and advice to company leaders, with a focus on talent and growth initiatives which drives opportunity for the company’s 550 professional and technical personnel.

In high profile roles of operational leadership for most of his career, Jim has served as Vice President and Sr. Vice President of domestic and international operations, most notably with Verizon, where he led a sequence of divisions for nearly 20 years.

Tim Sauer


Tim is the founder and former president of ITC Service Group. Tim has more than twenty years’ experience in project management, business development, engineering, financial reporting and contract negotiations.

Tim started ITC in 1999, where he grew the company from a startup to a highly competitive and nationally recognized telecom services provider to all the major carriers within the U.S. Tim holds a business administration degree from Chico State University.

Anca Hoiland

Vice President Managed Services

Anca is ITC’s Vice President of Managed Services. She has more than 14 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry and brings more than 20 years of expertise in project, program and portfolio management, business analysis, reporting, contract negotiation and management, strategy development and execution.

Anca is former Vice President of ITC’s PMO and is an executive liaison and advisor, aligning operational teams and executive leadership, providing support to ITC’s President, senior management, project teams, and clients. She has supported client operations in ITC’s Design, Construction, Wireless and Broadband divisions.

Doug Butz

Vice President Business Development

Doug is ITC’s Vice President of Business Development and Workforce Solutions division. He is an accomplished business development executive with more than 30 years’ experience in telecommunications.

His primary role within ITC is to drive its strategic growth imperative through the acquisition of key accounts and the development of new business lines. Doug oversees all major account activities and has supervisory responsibility for ITC’s Workforce Solutions division.

Before joining ITC, Doug worked with Samsung, IP and MCI in an executive sales capacity.

Susan Wasley

Vice President Marketing and Communications

Susan is Vice President of Marketing and Communications, with broad oversight of ITC’s internal and external communications, marketing, advertising and public relations.

Susan has worked in revenue-impacting roles in telecom, engineering and construction for more than 20 years, first as Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications for BE&K, later acquired by KBR, then as Global Sales and Marketing Director for a CB&I company.

In step with ITC’s division heads and business development team, she also manages ITC’s prequalification and proposal processes.
