Tim Sauer

Tim is the Founder and President of ITC Service Group, Inc. Tim has over
twenty years’ experience in Project Management, Business Development,
Engineering, Financial Reporting/Analysis and Contract negotiations.
Tim is responsible for the overall leadership, development and management
of all the functional groups of ITC. Tim holds a Business Administration
degree from Chico State University.

Chris H. Sauer III
Sr.Vice President / Sales and Marketing
|
Chris has been in the communications industry since 1976. Since that time
he has held positions in Outside Plant Engineering, Engineering / Construction
Management, Sales and Marketing both nationally and internationally. Chris is
responsible for the development of new business opportunities in staffing and
turnkey solutions, contract negotiations and management, overall client sales
and marketing activities.

Sandy Donaldson
Vice President Sales / Wireline Services
|
Sandy has over 40 years of experience in the communications industry worldwide.
In Sandy’s career he has been an OSP Engineer and Owner / Manager of various
companies such as OSP Consultants. He has extensive experience in delivering
engineering, construction, splicing and installation services with all the
major communications companies, nationwide. Sandy is responsible for the
development of new business opportunities in staffing and turnkey solutions
and overall WIRELINE client sales.

Kevin Capps
Director, Staffing Services
|
Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. Kevin has
held Sales and Account Management positions with a number of top companies.
Kevin is responsible for the overall management of our IT and TELECOM/CATV
staffing services department. He maintains good working relationships with our
existing wireline and wireless clients and the project employees that are
contracted to them, nationwide. Kevin holds a Business Administration degree
from Chico State University.

William J. (“Bill”) Price
Director, Engineering Services
|
Bill has over thirty five years of experience in the communications industry as
an Engineer and Business owner and currently holds a BICSI certification. Bill is
responsible to provide Inside and Outside Plant engineering, cadd drafting and
permitting services for copper, coax and fiber optic communications systems.
His group provides longhaul fiber optic, FTTCS, F2 grooming, local network
services to local and long distance companies nationwide.

Al Berg
Supervisor, Engineering Services
|
Al has over 35 years of experience in the communications industry worldwide.
Al has held positions as an engineer and manager of operating and contract firms.
Al provides Inside and Outside Plant engineering, cadd drafting and permitting
services for copper, coax and fiber optic communications systems. He provides
FTTCS, F2 grooming and local network services to local and long distance companies.

Nasser Ahmadi
Manager of CAD Services
|
Nasser has over thirty years of experience managing CAD Departments in communications
companies. Nasser is responsible for managing and supervising CAD projects from
conception to completion, including project engineering and computer aided design.
He is also experienced with programming and automation in AutoCAD, CABLECAD,
MicroStation and MAPINFO CAD applications. He holds a Ph.D. IN Mechanical Engineering
Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, a BS and MS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ed Jones
Director, Construction Services
|
Ed has over twenty years’ experience in the ISP/OSP engineering and construction services.
He has held management positions with a number of contract firms. Ed is responsible for
all ISP/OSP construction projects to ensure they are constructed in accordance with the
plans and specifications, on time and within budget. His group provides ISP installation
services and OSP construction services including cable/innerduct placement, conduit
installation and aerial plant construction.

Anca Hoiland
Project Manager, Construction Services

Anca has over 8 years of experience in Project Management. She is responsible to
manage the successful completion of ISP/OSP engineering and construction projects.
Anca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree
in Administration

Russell Lobato
Supervisor, Construction Services
|
Russell has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry. Russell
has held construction management positions with a number of construction firms.
He is responsible to manage the successful completion of ISP/OSP projects.

Joel Donaldson
Director, Broadband Services
|
Joel has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. He has held positions in
installation and repair of telecommunications networks for a number of operating firms. Joel
is responsible to manage our cable locating and our installation services businesses in the
Eastern United States.

Robert (“Bob”) Gonzalez
Project Manager, Broadband Services
|
Bob has over 33 years of experience in the communications industry.
He previously worked with a major CLEC and held many management positions
over his career. He holds numerous professional licenses and accreditations.
Bob is responsible to manage our cable locating and our installation services
businesses in the Western United States.

Patti Sanderson – PHR
Director of Recruiting / Human Recourses / Safety Coordinator
|
Patti has over 30 years of professional and private industry management experience. Since 1999
she has developed and managed the recruiting department for ITC. Patti is responsible for all
activities of the recruiting department to source, recruit and deliver the best possible personnel
to our clients, for both internal and external requirements. She holds a Certified Professional
Human Resource (PHR) credential and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM), and has overall responsibility for all human resource and safety issues for ITC.

Kristin Edwards
Sr. Technical Recruiter

Kristin has been with ITC for over 5 years and has been instrumental in the development and
professionalism of our recruiting department. Kristin is responsible for technical
recruiting for all our valued clients. Kristin has received her Human Resource Management
Certificate from California State University Sacramento and is currently working on
completing her AA in Business Administration.

Mary Winters
Sr. Technical Recruiter

Mary Winters has 25 cumulative years’ experience in the communications Industry, where she
served in most capacities from Technician to the President. Mary has a very dedicated group
of craft personnel and clients who have followed her through the years and remember working
with Mary when she owned "Central Communications Contractors". Mary provides ITC with quality
craftspeople to our telecom clients.

Linda Sweet
Director of Administration

Linda Sweet brings 20 years of accounting experience to ITC. She is responsible to manage all
accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and
other reporting requirements.
