Tim is Founder and President of ITC Service Group, Inc. Tim has over
twenty years experience in Project Management, Business Development,
OSP Engineering, Financial Reporting/Analysis and Contract negotiations.
Tim's persistence in the art of negotiation finds solutions and
competitive advantages he can pass on to ITC customers. His dedication
and leadership powers our diverse, talented and dedicated employees on
a daily basis. Tim holds a Business Administration degree from Chico State.

William J. Price
Sr. Vice President / Operations

Bill has over thirty years of experience in the telecommunications industry
involving the planning, design, construction and maintenance of fiber optic,
microwave and satellite communications systems worldwide. Bill contributes
his management expertise in Project Management, and Contract Negotiations
ensuring the areas of Human Resource, Recruitment and Safety are maintained
as quality, professional and service resourceful departments for all employees.

Chris H. Sauer III
Sr.Vice President / Sales and Marketing

Chris has extensive expertise in Sales, Marketing and Outside Plant Engineering and
Construction spanning over 30 years. He previously worked at MCI as the Sr. Manager
of OSP Engineering and Construction overseeing the nationwide fiber optic network
deployment. Chris’s primarily role has been to develop new business for ITC both
nationally and internationally. Chris has repeatedly demonstrated his marketing and
sales savvy by securing prestigious contracts with major fortune 2000 companies.

Patti Sanderson - PHR
Director of Recruiting
|
Patti Sanderson is the Director of ITC’s Recruiting Team. She retains over
20 years of professional and private industry management experience. Patti
has designed, developed and implemented ITC’s recruiting strategies and
comprehensive recruiting database. Under Patti’s direction, the recruiting
staff continues to expand their knowledge on emerging technologies staying
current with IT and Telecom industry demands; therefore enabling ITC to exceed
our customers expectations by delivering the highest quality candidates.

Kristin Edwards
Technical Recruiter
|
Kristin Edwards has been with ITC for several years and has been instrumental
in the development and professionalism of our Recruiting Department. Kristin
is responsible for technical recruiting for all our valued clients and the
project management of key client accounts. Kristin has received her Human
Resource Management Certificate from California State University Sacramento.

Linda Sweet
Director of Administration
|
Linda Sweet brings 20 years of accounting experience to ITC. She manages all
accounting functions including payroll, A/P, A/R, billing and contract services.
Linda works closely with ITC's company CPA on all financial reporting issues
and compliance laws. Linda also manages Administration staffing as Office Manager.

Michael Sauer
Director of Safety

Michael has over 20 years of Engineering, Project management, Safety and Account
management experience in the communications industry. Michael is responsible for
the implementation and maintenance of ITC’s nationwide safety plan.

Nasser Ahmadi
Manager of CAD Services
|
Nasser has over twenty years of experience managing CAD Departments in
telecommunications companies. He holds a Ph.D. IN Mechanical Engineering
Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, a BS and MS degree in Mechanical
Engineering. Nasser is responsible for managing and supervising projects
from conception to completion, including project engineering and
computer aided design. He is also experienced with programming and
Automation in AutoCAD, CABLECAD, MicroStation and MAPINFO CAD
Applications and developing AUTOPOST Software Program for
Telecommunication Engineering. Nasser is also our on-site MIS Director.

Edward Jones
Operations Manager
|
Ed has over fifteen years experience in the engineering,
construction and infrastructure industries, which includes ten
years experience in senior management positions. He has extensive
experience in contract engineering, construction and project
management. Additional skills include: Planning, Contract
Administration, Regulatory and Legal Affairs, Government
Relations, Communication (oral/written), Marketing and Customer
Service, Proven Leadership, Quality Control/Assurance,
Hiring/Training, ROW/Site Acquisition, Organization/Problem
solving, Interpersonal/Negotiating, and proven record of managing
profitable operations.

Sandy Donaldson
Vice President / Sales
|
Sandy Donaldson has over 38 years of experience in the telecommunications
industry worldwide. Sandy’s career includes being Owner, Director and Sr.
Vice President of OSP Consultants for over 12 years, with responsibilities
for revenues in excess of $52 Million. As Vice President of ITC Sandy is
directly responsible for all Regulated Telephone work including Marketing,
Sales and Operations. Sandy has been instrumental in securing prestigious
contracts with RBOC and CLEC companies in Engineering, Installation & Repair,
Splicing and DSL technicians nationwide. Sandy manages ITC’s Eastern Regional
Headquarters in Cape Coral, FL.

Tara Donaldson-Cardona
Office Manager
|
Tara has over 15 years of experience in corporate business practices.
She has specialized in Sales and Marketing as well as day-to-day
Business Operations including running a successful company in the
Washington-Dulles corridor for more than 10 years. She says most of
her business savvy has been a direct result from having worked with
her father Frank A. “Sandy” Donaldson a brilliant executive and
dynamic start-up specialist. She is currently working towards her MBA.
Tara is the Office/Sales and Marketing Manager for our Eastern
Regional Headquarters in Cape Coral, FL.
