Tim Sauer

Tim is the Founder and President of ITC Service Group, Inc. Tim has over twenty years’ experience in Project Management, Business Development, Engineering, Financial Reporting/Analysis and Contract negotiations. Tim is responsible for the overall leadership, development and management of all the functional groups of ITC. Tim holds a Business Administration degree from Chico State University.

Chris H. Sauer III
Sr. Vice President /
Sales and Marketing

Chris has been in the communications industry since 1976. Since that time he has held positions in Outside Plant Engineering, Engineering / Construction Management, Sales and Marketing both nationally and internationally. Chris is responsible for the development of new business opportunities in staffing and turnkey solutions, contract negotiations and management, overall client sales and marketing activities.

Scott Mitchel
Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Scott oversees telecommunications, broadband, engineering, and construction services for ITC Service Group. Inc. Scott has over 40 years in the industry with experience in Engineering, Construction, Broadband Services including IPTV, Network Operations, Workforce Management, Project Management, Finance and Staff support. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan College.

Sandy Donaldson
Vice President Sales

Sandy has over 40 years of experience in the communications industry worldwide. In Sandy’s career he has been an OSP Engineer and Owner / Manager of various companies such as OSP Consultants. He has extensive experience in delivering engineering, construction, splicing and installation services with all the major communications companies, nationwide. Sandy is responsible for the development of new business opportunities in staffing and turnkey solutions and overall WIRELINE client sales.

William J. (“Bill”) Price
Director, Engineering Services

Bill has over thirty five years of experience in the communications industry as an Engineer and Business owner and currently holds a BICSI certification. Bill is responsible to provide Inside and Outside Plant designing, Cadd drafting and permitting services for copper, coax and fiber optic communications systems. His group provides longhaul fiber optic, FTTCS, F2 grooming, local network services to local and long distance companies nationwide.

Ed Jones
Director, Construction Services

Ed has over twenty years’ experience in the ISP/OSP engineering and construction services. He has held management positions with a number of contract firms. Ed is responsible for all ISP/OSP construction projects to ensure they are constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications, on time and within budget. His group provides ISP installation services and OSP construction services including cable/Innerduct placement, conduit installation and aerial plant construction.

Sean Reimer
Director, Business Development

Sean brings with him, over 13 years’ experience in business development, recruiting, and contract negotiations, while focusing on the private, public and government verticals. Prior to joining ITC, Sean was the National Business Development Manager for a global, fortune 500 staffing firm. He was responsible for contributing to the growth and direction of the organization’s business development initiatives, as well as aggressively driving revenues through strategic partnerships, teaming arrangements, contract fulfillment, and emerging technologies.

As the Director of Business Development, he is responsible for leading the overall sales strategy for ITC Service group, as well as managing the East and West staffing divisions to ensure that all business plans and profit margins are achieved. Sean holds a BA in English Literature from Sacramento State

Patti Sanderson – PHR
Director of Human Resources /

Patti has over 30 years of professional and private industry management experience. Since 1999 she has developed and managed the recruiting department for ITC. Patti is responsible for all activities of the recruiting department to source, recruit and deliver the best possible personnel to our clients, for both internal and external requirements. She holds a Certified Professional Human Resource (PHR) credential and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has overall responsibility for all human resource and safety issues for ITC.

Kristin Edwards
Sr. Technical Recruiter

Kristin has been with ITC for over 5 years and has been instrumental in the development and professionalism of our recruiting department. Kristin is responsible for technical recruiting for all our valued clients. Kristin has received her Human Resource Management Certificate from California State University Sacramento and is currently working on completing her AA in Business Administration.

Linda Sweet
Director of Administration

Linda Sweet brings 20 years of accounting experience to ITC. She is responsible to manage all accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and other reporting requirements.
